In these terms, “Annelar,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase contract is with the seller identified above, not with Shopify.

Please use our store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity or authorization required to make the purchase.

You must not attempt to compromise the security of the store, misuse payment information, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with other users’ access.

These terms govern store use and purchases to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not override mandatory consumer protections.

Our collection includes jewelry, personal accessories, pet accessories, handmade details, gift selections, and home objects. Materials, measurements, finishes, and intended uses vary by product.

Please read the specific listing before ordering. Do not assume all products are made from 925 silver, handmade, customizable, or suitable for the same use.

Where representative images are used, any relevant variation should be explained in the listing. Natural or handmade variation does not excuse an incorrect material, damage, or a product that is not as described.

Please review your selected products, options, quantities, delivery details, and total price before submitting your order.

An automated message acknowledging receipt of your order is not, by itself, our acceptance. Subject to applicable law, we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or an express acceptance message, whichever occurs first.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will inform you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items and any related charges that must be refunded. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

The applicable currency, product prices, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are shown during checkout. Please review the final total before paying.

Payment authorization or collection may occur before dispatch according to the checkout process. Payment processing alone does not alter the acceptance process described above, subject to applicable law.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically change an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing error, we will contact you to explain the options rather than charge an increased amount without your consent.

Gift selections and bundles are subject to the products, minimum quantities, packaging arrangements, and prices stated in the relevant offer.

A discount applies only when its stated conditions are met. The cart and checkout show the applicable purchase total. Contact us if a promoted offer is not reflected as expected before completing your order.

Products assembled into a gift box remain subject to applicable product and consumer rights. Selecting standard products for a box does not automatically make them personalized or non-returnable.

Any gift messages or personalization instructions you provide should be accurate and lawful.

Customization is available only where stated or expressly agreed before purchase. Please check spelling, measurements, and other details before confirming your instructions.

We will identify relevant preparation times, additional charges, and any legally permitted change-of-mind restrictions before purchase.

A product is not automatically personalized simply because it is handmade or assembled after ordering. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Available delivery destinations, services, costs, and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, product information, and checkout.

Preparation time and transit time are separate. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.

Contact us if an order is delayed, missing, or damaged. Delivery by a third-party carrier does not automatically remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

Any international duties or charges must be considered together with the information provided before purchase and applicable law.

Contact us promptly if you need to change an order or delivery address. Available changes depend on the order stage and your applicable rights.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process for eligible returns. It does not replace or reduce any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or faulty-goods rights.

If we cancel or cannot supply an order, we will explain the reason and provide refunds and other remedies as required by applicable law.

Follow the intended use, sizing, warnings, and care instructions supplied for the particular product. A decorative accessory should not be assumed suitable for a safety-critical or load-bearing purpose.

Check product-specific guidance before using drinkware with heat, appliances, or food, and before using a pet accessory for restraint or leash attachment.

Our Product Care and Warranty Policy pages provide further information. No blanket lifetime warranty, free resizing, or free maintenance service is included unless expressly promised for your purchase.

These instructions and service limitations do not reduce mandatory rights concerning safety, quality, or conformity.

If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Placing an order or sending a support message does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing emails.

Please do not send passwords or full payment card details through contact forms or ordinary email.

Please submit only content you are entitled to share and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-infringing material.

You retain rights in your original content. When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display that review and make reasonable formatting changes necessary for its display.

This does not give us unrestricted ownership of your content or permission to republish private support messages as advertising without an appropriate basis.

Branding, photographs, text, and designs on this store may be protected by intellectual property rights held by us or others. Use that requires permission should be authorized by the relevant rights holder.

Links to social platforms and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

A reference to a third-party service does not remove any responsibilities we have for our own products, representations, or handling of your order.

You are not required to give up access to competent courts, consumer authorities, or mandatory dispute-resolution rights. These terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration or an exclusive foreign court on consumers.

The law and forum applicable to a dispute will be determined under the relevant legal rules, including any mandatory protections available in your place of habitual residence where applicable.

We may update these terms for future store use and orders. Updates do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase without a lawful basis or your agreement where required.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this clause authorizes an unfair provision to be enforced.

Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms or another store policy, that law takes precedence.
