All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this refers to the preparation time before the order leaves our warehouse and does not include actual shipping time.

We currently ship to 10+ countries worldwide, including the U.S., Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand and more. A tracking number and carrier details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition, including all tags and packaging (e.g., jewelry box, pouch).

- No reason needed (provided the above conditions are met).
- Items with quality issues or manufacturing defects.

Damage due to personal misuse (e.g., broken chains from pulling, discoloration from chemicals).

3. Return Process

We will review your request and notify you of approval. If eligible, you will receive a return address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be processed.

Please ship the return using a tracked method and pack it securely. Retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method. Please note that the return shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently prioritize returns and reorders. If you wish to exchange for a different style or size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the fastest service.
5. Refunds

Refunds cover the product price only. Unless the return is due to a quality issue, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
