Warranty Duration

Annelar Store offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all full-priced products, starting from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked solder joints, loose settings).

  • Material defects under normal wear (e.g., non-human-induced abnormal peeling of plating).

  • Component defects (e.g., malfunctioning spring clasps, broken chains).

  • This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear: Natural wear and scratches on plating due to prolonged use.

  • Human-induced damage: Including but not limited to:

    • Deformation or breakage caused by impact, crushing, or pulling.

    • Corrosion or discoloration due to improper cleaning or exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfume, hairspray, chlorine).

    • Damage caused while wearing the product during sleep, bathing, swimming, or sports activities.

  • Loss: Loss of individual items such as earrings or pendants.

  • Unauthorized modifications: Any repairs or alterations not performed by Annelar Store.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers: Items not bought directly from Annelar Store.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out via support@annelarstore.com and provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order number, electronic receipt).

    • Photos of the product and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

  3. Resolution: Once confirmed, we will provide a free repair, replacement, or store credit (depending on the situation).

  4. Shipping: If the product needs to be returned, we will provide a shipping label and instructions.
