Annelar Store offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all full-priced products, starting from the date of purchase.
What is Covered

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear: Natural wear and scratches on plating due to prolonged use.

Human-induced damage: Including but not limited to:

Deformation or breakage caused by impact, crushing, or pulling.

Corrosion or discoloration due to improper cleaning or exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfume, hairspray, chlorine).

Damage caused while wearing the product during sleep, bathing, swimming, or sports activities.

Unauthorized modifications: Any repairs or alterations not performed by Annelar Store.

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers: Items not bought directly from Annelar Store.
Warranty Process
