A: All of our pieces are crafted from high-quality S925 Sterling Silver as the primary metal. Plated items feature a heavy 18K gold/vintage gold plating for long-lasting color retention. Our gemstones are all-natural, including natural pearls, lapis lazuli, turquoise, etc., making each piece unique. -
Q: Why do the colors and patterns of natural gemstones vary?
A: This is the unique charm of natural gemstones! Like fingerprints, the mineral distribution, color layers, and inclusions (such as the golden pyrite specks in lapis lazuli) are proof of their natural formation and are not quality flaws. This ensures every piece you receive is one-of-a-kind. -
Q: Will the product color match the pictures exactly?
A: We strive to photograph and calibrate our images under professional lighting for the most accurate color representation. However, due to differences in monitor displays and the nature of natural stones, the actual item may have slight variations. We guarantee the product's quality and craftsmanship will be equally excellent. -
Q: What are the dimensions of the jewelry? (e.g., necklace length, ring size)

A: We offer worldwide shipping. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days, depending on the destination. Free shipping is available on all orders over worldwide 10+ countries. -
Q: How can I check my order status?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your "Order History" by logging into your account. -
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: To process orders quickly, we begin preparing them for shipment within 1-3 business days. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us immediately via support@annelarstore.com. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom-made items are final sale. -

A: Our products come with a 6-months warranty. For manufacturing defects not caused by mishandling, please contact us within the warranty period. For damage due to accidents or wear, we also offer paid repair services; please email us for inquiries.
