Product Care
A little care for the things you love. Explore helpful guidance for your jewelry, handmade details, pet accessories, and objects for the home.
Always follow the instructions for your specific product. Materials, finishes, settings, and construction can require different care. If you are unsure, contact us before cleaning, washing, heating, or applying a treatment.
925 silver jewelry
Gently wipe your jewelry with a clean, soft cloth after wearing and store it dry, separately from pieces that could scratch it.
Avoid contact with bleach, household cleaners, pool chemicals, perfume, and other harsh substances. Remove jewelry before swimming and activities that may expose it to impact or chemicals.
Silver may tarnish over time. Before using a silver polishing cloth or cleaner, check that it is suitable for the exact finish. Avoid polishing oxidized details, plating, or decorative surfaces unless the product instructions allow it.
For jewelry containing stones, shell, cords, or glued components, do not assume a cleaner suitable for silver is safe for the whole piece.
Natural stones and mother of pearl
Protect your pieces from knocks, abrasive surfaces, and contact with harsh chemicals. Store them separately to help prevent scratches.
For routine surface care, begin with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, scrub, or use steam, ultrasonic equipment, or chemical jewelry cleaners unless specifically confirmed as suitable for the entire piece.
Lapis lazuli, tiger’s eye, crystal, and mother of pearl are not interchangeable materials. Treatments, finishes, and settings can also affect care requirements. Contact us for the instructions relevant to your particular item.
Amber
Handle amber gently and keep it away from abrasive surfaces, strong heat, sudden temperature changes, perfume, hairspray, and household chemicals.
Use a clean, soft cloth for routine wiping. Do not use ultrasonic cleaning, abrasive polish, or a silver-cleaning dip on an amber piece.
Before any wet cleaning, check the instructions for the complete item, including its setting, cord, or adhesive components.
Phone charms, straps, and handmade accessories
Follow the intended use and any attachment or load instructions supplied with your product. Check cords, connectors, and fittings before use.
A decorative charm is not automatically a load-bearing phone strap. Do not rely on an accessory to secure a phone unless the product is expressly designed for that purpose and is compatible with your device and case.
Avoid pulling on beads or decorative components. Do not soak or machine-wash unless the product instructions permit it. Stop using an item if a cord, connector, or fitting becomes damaged.
Pet accessories
Choose the size using the specific product’s measurements and fitting instructions. Recheck fit and condition regularly.
Use an accessory for leash attachment or restraint only if the listing expressly states it is designed for that purpose. Decorative accessories are not toys and should not be chewed.
Follow the item-specific cleaning instructions. Remove the accessory if it is damaged, appears uncomfortable, or presents a snagging or chewing risk, and contact us if you need help checking its intended use.
Linen, scarves, and DIY details
Read the care label or product instructions before washing or ironing. The fabric and any attached decorations may require different treatment.
For iron-on or other DIY applications, use only the specified surfaces, temperature, timing, and method. Do not choose an iron setting from the base fabric alone when adhesives or decorative details are present.
If cleaning or application instructions are missing or unclear, contact us before proceeding. Do not assume a decorated item is machine-washable or suitable for tumble drying.
Drinkware and home objects
Follow the product’s stated purpose and cleaning instructions. Do not assume every decorative vessel is intended for food or drink.
Use a dishwasher, microwave, oven, or hot liquids only where the specific product is expressly identified as suitable. Materials, coatings, and decorative details can affect compatibility.
For decorative surfaces, begin with gentle dry dusting. Avoid abrasive pads and strong cleaners unless approved for the finish. If an item develops cracks, chips, or other damage, stop using it where this could affect safety and contact us.
Storage and gift boxes
Keep items in a clean, dry place and protect delicate pieces from rubbing against one another. Make sure items are fully dry before putting them away.
You can reuse your gift box for organizing small belongings. For silver or other sensitive pieces, use a suitable protective pouch rather than assuming a decorative box provides tarnish protection.
Our gift boxes are recyclable. Separate other packaging components and follow local recycling guidance when you no longer need the box.
